I am a professional, experienced English<>Spanish translator and interpreter from Spain. I lived in the UK for several years, where I completed a degree course in Linguistics. I also have a post-graduate certificate in translation, and a higher university certificate in mediation. I am a Member of the CIoL, IAPTI, ASETRAD and AICE, amongst other bodies. I have over 13 years’ experience as a freelance and in-house translator and interpreter, and interpreting trainer. I have broad experience in simultaneous interpreting at international events as well as in live interpreting for the media. As well as providing my linguistic services directly to clients around the world, I also run my own language services company. My specialist subject areas include language & communication, business, advertising & marketing, education, training & HR, media & audiovisual IT & telecommunications, and culture. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English, while I also translate from French and Arabic.
