I started my career as an interpreter with LanguageLine Solutions. After the initial training and passing the tests, I worked as an L3 Interpreter, which means all types of calls without a subject to focus on. I receive calls from different businesses and agencies like: Law firms, 911, Clinics, SNAP program, Penitentiaries, USPS, Immigration offices, 311, Hotels, Corporate for retailers, etc. I took the training to become a Medical Interpreter recently and now I work L4.
I have excellent retention and note taking skills, I am currently working as an Over the Phone Interpreter and have an 8 hour shift, so I interpret a lot of calls during the day.
