3 years simultaneous and consecutive interpretation experience with UN agencies, NGOs and governmental institutions in the Middle East, including summit conferences, high level meetings, legal events and field visits. I also have 8 years of experience in written translation for private and corporate clients, in a wide range of subjects.
I am a freelance conference interpreter working in Arabic, English, French. I hold a Master’s degree in conference interpreting, and a Bachelor Teaching Degree in translation. I also received certificates for legal interpretation in the framework of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and for interpreting in conflict zones in the framework of the refugee crisis in Lebanon. I provide interpretation services to UN agencies (UNRWA- UNDP- UNIFIL- UNOPS- UNAMI- UN-OCHA-UNICEF-UNESCO), international, regional and local organizations (League of Arab States- OPCW- International Rescue Committee - ICRC- IFRC- Norwac- World Bank- Arab Union of Socialist Youth, etc.), as well as state institutions (Lebanese Ministry of Education, Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Omani Ministry of Education, Lebanese Internal Security Forces, etc.). I work in the Middle East and I am always willing to travel to Europe and the US for interpretation assignments. I have a multiple entry Schengen visa.
