I am a native speaker of Japanese and English and have been interpreting and translating across several different industries and fields for over seven years.

I write and speak Japanese and English with native ability, having grown up in a bi-cultural home and attending schools in both languages and have a solid understanding of both country's cultures. I have a BA in English Literature from UC Berkeley and studied Japanese translation and interpretation in a Master's program at Monterey Institute of International Studies. With a total of over seven years interpreting, translating and editing, I have experience in a variety of fields, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, software engineering, trademarks, copyright, general law, and IT.
