I have been an interpreter for over 7 years, working regularly with the French Institute in New Delhi and the Alliance Française in Delhi. I also work regularly for the Indo French Chamber of Commerce and Ubifrance, for B2B meetings, generally French companies meeting with potential or confirmed business partners in India.
I am a graduate in French Studies from the London School of economics. I spent over 20 years in France and am perfectly bilingual.
Although I have no experience in working for large conferences, I provide a synchronous interpretation which I feel is more satisfying than a consecutive interpretation where the audience soon loses interest in something they do not understand. I have interpreted for a number of French authors presenting their works in India and for a variety of cultural programmes. I work as a translator and have translated a number of books that have been published in India and America. In fact I have worked on a variety of B2B meetings, and can cope with more or less anything if I am sent a documentation in advance. Some of my more recent interpretations were for Logiroad, a road maintenance company selling software here, and the President of the Paris Bar, meetings with universities and legal entities.
