I am a 24 years old Venezuelan young. I have experience in the front desk and reservations department, management of the OPERA operating system, Hotel Pro, management of the Sabre and Synxis reservation centers, telephone service based on the Hospitality's universal standards and more specific to the chains where I have been working up. I'm focused on the service area even this not the career I chose. I graduated at Simón Bolívar University in Venezuela. I was the first of my promo on Foreign Trade. Along last three years I learned to work under pressure, as required by a hotel with 5 star services to face the particular needs of each client. In addition, I had the opportunity to offer technical support in english for video-surveillance system which increased my patience and love for the service. Currently I offer my services as an interpreter in the chatlas platform through the smartphone app.
