I went to flight school in the US and got my pilot's license. However, because of the high demand and very little job offer in Colombia, I haven't been able to get a job in the airlines. Therefore, I decided to use my very clean and neat English speaking skills to get a job as an interpreter. I work with a company that provides interpreting service to the medical branch in the US. Though my job is mostly about assisting doctors, I also help insurance companies, banks, 911 operators and general customer service speak to their limited English speaking customers. I was born and raised in Cali, had the opportunity to go to a bilingual school in which I learned most of my English. I know the city very well and would be more than happy to not only translate for you, but also drive you, and assist you with anything else you might require.
