Over 4 years of experience in the Contact Centre
industry in Santo Domingo.
I forayed into the labor market in 2007 started as a
concierge in the hospitality industry at Sun Village
Resort, Cofresí, then worked in several hotels in Puerto
Plata as a receptionist.
Later transitioned to Real
Estate in Sosúa, Cabarete, Cabrera and Armed
Security consultant in Jarabacoa. Been working from home for the past 3 years.
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office 2016 and
most of the software used on devices nowadays. I
possess a natural leadership.

interpretation/translation services in person and over
the phone and my excellent public relations skills
