Working in language line, I was an interpreter for companies such as banks, hospitals, emergency 911 calls. My job was to listen to the client and perform an interpretation of the message in a way that both parties on the call can communicate in an effective way without losing any parts of the message delivered. Those calls were taken in a home office environment.
Working in American express, my job was to provide exceptional service to credit card users, by providing balance, due dates, verify transactions, reporting cards as lost, etcetera. My goal was to always provide a little extra than what the customer was expecting, in an effective and polite way.
