The interpreter is trained by Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (those who are required to know what gifts & flowers to offer the President of your country when he/she comes visit us). What does that mean? 2. We must be able to handle demanding & more complex work situations in high level meetings, private negotiations & can tell you why the client/Vice President of the other company is crossing his arms & if he is interested in your presentation (only when asked). 3. Solid English accent. (TOEIC 865 certified by IIG Vietnam) 4. Confident & Strong work ethic. 5. We must look good & professional in these occasions (Since our teachers demand high standards). 6. Rich experience (+8 years) working with international organizations in Vietnam & overseas (IT-Software, Export, Music Production, Interior & Graphic Design, Real Estate, Construction, Education, Tourism, etc.). 7. Have experience in arranging and interpreting meetings, factory visit, technical support, briefings and discussions. Especially in assisting organizations & business owners in identifying good fits for investment projects (outsourcing/hiring engineers/vendors). 8. May conduct meetings and diplomatic negotiations on high level. Also, have experience of escorting tourist groups in Vietnam. 9.
