I have been working as an interpreter since 2000 when I graduated from Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. I worked in Seoul and Singapore and now am based in Busan, Korea working as a conference interpreter.

I have worked as a conference interpreter for 20 years. I started my career as an interpreter right after graduating from GSIT of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies majoring in English-Korean in 2000. I worked as an in-house or project interpreter for numerous companies including Seoul Bank, McKinsey & co, IBM BCS, Axa, Trowbridge Deloitte, Asurion and many more. When my family moved to Singapore in 2008, I also worked there for international events for companies like Red Hat, EMC, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Tupperware, Visa Card, AVEVA, HP, Korean Embassy in Singapore and more. My family moved back to Korea but this time to Busan in 2012. I did events for Busan International Film Festival, Busan Film Commission, Facebook, Busan Content Market, Korean Navy and many more. I also taught interpretation at Busan University of Foreign Studies and Sunmoon University.
