Bachelor in fine arts with experience in curatorial practices and cultural investigation, with great knowledge on cultural studies, body and performance practices. having worked as a freelancer translator, teacher, and interpreter, starting at the age of 16 as a private English teacher and continuing this field of work integrating the cultural and artistic knowledge gathered throughout college With experience in translating and writing academic papers of several knowledge areas that demand deep levels of research, I´ve been working on several investigations that require skills of interpreting and communicating with people from around the world. This comes from my curatorial practices that i have developed since the year 2016, having created two exhibits and artistic circuits that have taken place in Bogota, but gathered artists and investigators from several parts of the globe. focusing on the role of public space as a new platform of display to new medias and practices in the cultural areas, both of this exhibits have been held at the cultural center "Casa Bolivar", where i work as an investigator and translator. This has allowed me to develop an advanced level in either writing, speaking and listening in the English language One of my main strengths is my highly advanced level of pronunciation; This allows me to understand and communicate complex conversations and academic themes. my artistic practice is joint with the linguistic research i do as well, having written several papers both in English and Spanish regarding the cultural and visual approach of up- and coming artist in a market as competitive as the art market. therefore i am able to communicate several ideas, regarding daily life and professional ventures. i am constantly trying to improve my knowledge on different academic areas, in order to expand my professional interests as well as my linguistic abilities.
