I am willing to act as a translator in Venezuela for people who are in the country, either for business or pleasure or for people that are going to travel to do business out of the country.

I have extensive experience in the corporate contract area for medium-sized private companies and I collaborate with judicial practitioners in different types of trials brought before the courts of the Republic. In the academic field, I was Professor of Commercial Law I and II at the José María Vargas University in the period 2008-2016; invited as a professor of Corporations´ Law for the Specialization in Commercial Law at Catholic University of Táchira; as was invited as a professor of Financial Law for the Specialization in Finance of the Catholic University of Táchira; I am currently a professor at the Central University of Venezuela in the Chair of Obligations (Civil Law III) since 2015 and Professor of Commercial Law I at the Central University of Venezuela since 2016
