I worked with UNHCR Jijiga, Ethiopia as an Interpreter. I also worked with Resettlement Support Center Africa's United States Refugee Admission Program as an interpreter later the Organization trained me on Perfect Interpreter training and I was awarded a certificate in Jijiga. The United States Refugee Admission Program was mainly for applicants/Refugees for possible resettlement to the USA. The program had several interviews conducted by either RSC Africa's Caseworker or USCIS(United States Immigration Officers) who either approves or disapproves the applicant from resettlement in USA. These Interviews were either conducted in Jijiga by the Resettlement Support Center team or the USCIS team conducted in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia 2016. I managed to Interpret for both. From late 2013 to December 2015, I started working with peace winds Japan as a foreman for the Organization's Shelter project in Dadaab, Kenya. As Foreman I gained contraction engineering experience from the technical team. This is why I proudly call myself a practical engineer, having no engineering background the team was gradually teaching me basic Construction Engineering skills, this made me passionate and well dedicated to the technical work. to Due to budget constraint my contract was terminated.
