Mr. Bicaj is experienced Manager/Consultant/Trainer, with over 16 years of experience working with Public and Private Institutions, Donors, Central and Local Institutions in Kosovo, Kingdom of Jordan and Belgium, funded by various organizations such as USAID, EU, World Bank, UNDP, IOM, Belgium Red Cross, IOM Jordan and other. Mr. Bicaj is open minded, team oriented, positive, powerful motivator, coach/mentor. Mr. Bicaj has experience in academic writing, interactive training, computer skills and languages.
