I served as official local guide for tourists for two years, as Interpreter from and to Arabic, French and English for the Japanese International Agency for Development (JICA) for one year and as hotel receptionist for two years. I obtained my Bachelor degree of English in 1996 and my master diploma of translator in 2013.

I have been working as civil servant in a rural territorial collectivity (municipality) in Morocco since February 1992; I served as official local guide for tourists from April 1990 to February 1992 in Errachidia regions; I served as Interpreter in Arabic, French and English for the Japanese International Agency for Development (JICA) from December 1988 to October 1989; I worked as hotel receptionist from December 1986 to December 1988 in Errachidia; After I finished secondary school, devoting my time to learning English language and linguistics, I received my Baccalaureate of Modern Bilingual Letters in 1983. Then, I entered university in Fez, where I studied English language, majoring applied linguistics, literature and communication courses, and I obtained my Bachelor degree of English in 1996. I resumed my studies at the University Abdelmalek Essaadi / King Fahd Higher School of Translation in Tangier, taking courses of translation theory, general and specialized rendering as to legal, literary, journalistic and various types of texts. As an outcome of my last studies, I recently graduated, receiving my Master degree/ diploma of translator in the languages combination: Arabic, English and French in 2013. I learned much about the business of translation, as to its cultural and terminological aspects, and discovered a great deal about my own strengths and weaknesses therein.
